Lifeline Multi Bench LB 305 Multi-Purpose Adjustable Bench is made up using a heavy duty CRC Steel Tube Frame of 2 inches. It is technically designed with a unique triangular structure which provides durability and stability. The frame of the bench is powder coated making the bench long-lasting and non-corrosive (rust-free). Maximum Weight Capacity of 400lbs.
LB 305 Multi Bench additionally features Leg Curl, Leg Extension & Dipping. It is designed with different back rest positions including Incline, Flat and Decline levels to meet all your workout needs. Ideal for beginner, intermediate and advanced level workouts.
It is suitable to perform a wide range of free weight exercises using dumbbells and weight plates. You can target a wide range of muscle groups like chest, shoulders, hamstrings, quadriceps and many more.
The cushioned seat has a sweat proof padding inside for you to exercise comfortably and safely. Foam rollers help in securing your ankles and legs & provides a cushioning effect.
The rubber foot caps present on the base on the bench protect the flooring from being damaged & provides stability to the product, keeping it in position.
