1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for products that are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms and Conditions:

  • Lifeline Fitness offers a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions regarding COD payments:

1. Advance Payment: – For orders placed using the COD option, a non-refundable advance payment of 20% of the total order amount is required to confirm the order. This advance payment is mandatory and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Rest of Payment: – The remaining 80% of the order amount, after deducting the 20% advance payment, can be paid in cash to the delivery person at the time of delivery. Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready to facilitate a smooth transaction.

3. Order Confirmation: – Your order will be considered confirmed upon successful receipt of the 20% advance payment. Without this payment, the order will not be processed.

4. Non-Refundable Advance Payment: – The 20% advance payment is non-refundable, regardless of whether you decide to proceed with the order or not.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations: – Once the 20% advance payment is made, any changes to your order or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you have any concerns or need to make changes.

7. Exchanges:

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

8. Warranty:

  • Products are covered by our 1-year warranty. If you encounter any issues covered under the warranty, please contact our customer support for assistance.
