Twister is made up of a heavy-duty steel square frame of 2 inches. It can be used for fatigue removal, body toning, body shaping, and body strengthening. The product allows full body conditioning as the twister allows you to target your thighs, waist, hips & many more muscle groups. Suitable for strengthening core muscles. Sweat-proof handle grips. Rubber foot caps protect the metal framework from damaging the flooring & provide stability to the product, keeping it in position.
